This typical Berry house from the beginning of the 19th century offers large and spacious living spaces for everyone and all ages ! : a living room of 38m2, a large kitchen, two beautiful bathrooms (offering bathtub & shower), 2 separate toilets, 6 adult beds for 10 people in 4 large bedrooms including 1 with a mezzanine!
In the 41m2 living room, the wooden tables can be settled according to your wish:
-75x150 and 77x125 to allow you to organize 2 different spaces.
-For those who prefer a large 75x350 unique table: the 2 tables stuck together with extensions 75x150 to 77x200 allow you to organize meals up to 14 persons!
The large space on the 1st floor has been converted into a games room fitted with 2 tables for 6 to 8 people. About 15 famous games have been purchased for you and some toys are available for the little ones!
The whole renovation was done with beautiful materials, hightech products and high confort, with a fairly neutral but authentic decoration.
The outdoor spaces have been redesigned between fruit and ornamental tree and bushes, the flower plantations are very diverse and their blooming spread from April to October for your day to day delight !.
To complete your picking of the different fruits according to the seasons in the orchard (cherries, plums, pears, apples, grapes, quinces, raspberries)…
We have created a 100% organic vegetable garden for your pleasure to taste during your stay and according to the seasons: tomatoes, salads, zucchini, peppers, eggplants and of course the aromatic plants !.
