In a family property of one hectare in the hilly vineyards of one of the renowned vine grower villages of Sancerre, Crezancy-en-Sancerre, we offer you to rent an 190m2 independant Berrichonne house, on a 1500m² fenced land with gardens, orchard, terraces, 4 large bedrooms/5 beds for 9 persons + 1 bed infant over 2Y + 2 cots for children under 2Y , 2 bathrooms, 2 independant toilets.

All the endowments of the cottage were purchased in June 2019, for its opening in July: new quality bedding, soft bed Percale sheets and towels provided, the beds are made for your arrival, changing sheets and towels are provided weekly in case of stays longer than one week.

Appliances, crockery and kitchen equipment (tumble dryer on request).

2 Cots, 1 mattress, 1 high chair are available for young parents and 2 children under 2Y ! 1 bed for child over 2Y.

Garden furniture (tables, armchairs, deckchairs in acacia, umbrellas).

 

The 2 tables of the 41m2 lounge : 1 table 75x150 + 1 table from 77x125, to 77x200 with the 2 wood extensions, giving you the opportunity to put together the 2 tables and share a meal up to 14 people !

 

On the 1st floor level, a large game area was designed with 2 tables and about 15 different games, as well as a few toys for kids.

 

We welcome you and can guide you in your discovery of the vineyards of Sancerre, Pouilly, Menetou-Salon and their history. You can taste these famous wines accompanied by the famous Crottin de Chavignol.

 

On request, dinner and theme evening hosted by the owner, who will tell you stories about Sancerre and Berry.

A 200m2 Swiming Pool Area is part of the gite services and benefits from April to October !
 
The Pool is heated for your confort, with a hightech security cover : an automatic roller motorised submerged slatted cover that will be both a secure and esthetical system. (10m x 3m,)

The Pool benefits of a high quality water treatment with a salt anelectrolysis.

The Pool area will is fenced from the gite garden by a lockable gate.

Thanks to the electrolysis salt water treatment, the pool will be open and heated according to the climatic and hourly conditions defined in the internal regulation.  The Swimming Towels are not provided for the Pool area !
